Sound installation made from 25 Chinese portable radios, each of which received the same wireless signal. Each radio simultaneously broadcast excerpts of the American documentary Red Chinese Battle Plan, filmed during the Cold War. The documentary emphasizes the military and economic potential of communist China, and the danger it represented to the United States.
